Kei Sugimoto shared ( released ) an unseen video of Nine Eleven incident after 23 years of the attack. On the morning of 11th September, 2001 Kei Sugimoto had woken up to move his car in order to avoid a fine. On the road he noticed people looking up to the burning tower ( North tower ) of World trade centre. It was the seen after the 1st plane collision to the North tower. Kei thought that this may be a fire incident and as he had not seen any skyscraper on fire so in curiosity he went to top of the building of his apartment to watch it clearly. This is when he saw the 2nd plane hitting the South tower and he realised that it is a terrorist attack. He then ran back to his apartment and brought his camera to record the video.
He kept the video to himself till July 2024, and on 23rd of July 2024 Kei released his video through his Youtube channel.
